PIQUILLO PEPPERS SLICES WITH GARLIC ¼ KG JAR
What is this?:
We select the best Lodosa piquillo peppers DO (denominación de origen) and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour and pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. We cut them into strips and pack them with olive oil and garlic. Despite our production being overseen by the DO (denominación de Origen) regulatory board, the Lodosa piquillo peppers and other peppers used in this product come under the DO, but the council recognizes only peppers packed in their juice (whole, strips or slices) via a numbered label.
Piquillo peppers (slices) (95%), vegetable oil (olive) garlic (5%), salt and acidulant (citric acid).
