COD FISH MOUSSE 145 ML JAR
What is this?:
We remove the salt from the best cod and add extra virgin Arbequina olive oil, eggs and cream cheese. The result is a mousse with a light cod flavour, but creamy and appetising at the same time. The word ‘mousse’ is French for foam and refers to dishes or desserts with a spongy texture. This is achieved naturally by beating an egg along with other product ingredients
Desalted cod fish (Gadhus morua) (39%), pasteurized eggs, fresh cow pasteurized cheese, cow milk, vegetable oil (extra virgin olive) and melting salts.
Contains fish, eggs and dairy product (lactose).
