What is this?:
This delicious product is made using tasty seafood (Norway lobster and prawns), fish stock and poached vegetables. The word ‘mousse’ is French for foam and refers to dishes or desserts with a spongy texture. This is achieved naturally by beating an egg along with other product ingredients
Pasteurized eggs, fish broth, cream, vegetables in variable percentage (tomato, onion, carrot), shellfish (Norway lobster and prawns) (6%), vegetable oil (sunflower), rice, cognac, salt, spices and antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385)
Contains egg, dairy product (lactose), fish, crustaceans and may contains traces of sulfites (cognac).
