BOLETUS SPREAD WITH TRUFFLE
What is this?:
This is a delicious cream spread based on wild Boletus Edulis (also called a penny bun mushroom or Funghi Porcini) to which we have added the delicious aromatic touch of the truffle. It has a creamy texture and the full Boletus flavour; ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to all kinds of dishes.
Boletus (Boletus edulis) (50%), shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes), meat broth, vegetable oil (olive), onions, rice, white wine, cream, garlic, salt and truffle (Tuber melanosporum) (0,1%) and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Contains dairy product (lactose).
