What is this?:
This is one of our most celebrated dishes: We core the best Navarre artichoke hearts by hand and fill them with a bechamel sauce of shellfish. The dish is finished with a delicious shellfish and fish sauce with vegetables. The flavour is fresh, tasty and balanced, with no sourness. It is also very healthy: low in fat (1.5%) and in salt (only 0.22g per 100g of product).
Artichokes (62%), fish and shellfish broth (water and in variable proportion of Norway lobster, shrimps, pink shrimps and conger), tomato, vegetable oil (sunflower), onion, carrots, milk, shrimps (2%), whiteleg shrimps (2%), rice flour, leeks, rice, hake, white wine, salt, sugar and antioxidants (ascorbic acid and E-385).
Contains crustaceans, dairy product (lactose) and fish. Gluten Free.
