What is this?:
We slice the best Navarre garden zucchini, core them individually and fill them with a delicious bechamel sauce of centollo (spider crab), scallops and shirmps. The dish is finished with a seafood and fish sauce. Full of flavour, yet low in fat, only 3.9%.
